Orders & Shipping
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day
Once your order is placed, it generally takes us 2-5 business days to process and pack, depending on demand levels and product availability.
Orders “awaiting fulfillment” are being processed. Please be assured we want to get your order to you as ASAP, and we are doing all that we can!
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon your order is fulfilled. Please note, there can be a delay between your order shipping and you receiving a shipping confirmation email, up to 1 business day.
Items in your order may ship separately to speed up processing and you may receive multiple tracking numbers. During holidays and busy shipping seasons, tracking numbers can take much longer to update with the carrier and is outside of our control.

Order Changes/Cancellations
Please note, we cannot guarantee a cancellation or address update after orders are placed, please double check your details before placing your order.
We are unable to change the items in an order, remove items, or add additional items to an order once your order has been placed.
Please contact us ASAP if you would like to cancel your order, though we cannot guarantee cancellation is possible after an order is placed. If your order has not been processed by our fulfillment center, we will attempt to stop the shipment.
You can return your order to us after you have received it, provided it is eligible for a return and not a final sale item. Credit card companies may take up to 5 business days to return the payment back into your account. We ask that you check with your payment provider.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We assume no responsibility for lost or stolen packages and cannot ship out any replacement packages or refund these orders.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly if you have not received your package or cannot locate it.
Afterpay Orders
We are excited to be partnering with Afterpay! Choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. To see if you're eligible, you will need your email, phone number, address, DOB, and debit/credit card handy—that’s it.
If approved, you will make your first payment at time of purchase and the balance must be paid over the course of 6 weeks. There are no fees when you pay on time. And late fees are capped at 25% of the purchase price.
Afterpay returns are processed the same as any other return. The amount of your refund depends on how much you have directly paid Afterpay for that specific order.

The expected time of arrival is 5-8 business days.
